I was reading somewhere, a list of unprofessional behaviors that millenials engage in, and one of them was calling everyone "man" and "dude". One of my coworkers does that, she's always calling my boss "man" when she disagrees with him about something. "No way, man!" Lucky for her he's a very easy-going guy.
