well... I failed

well... I failed yep I failed at my first attempt to become a non smoker  I smoked some cigs over the weekend. not to many but enough. but I am not giving up nope no way. I am getting right back in the battle. mind over matter... mind over matter !! LL

I caught a couple of comments this weekend about smoking too much, as well!! I thought maybe I should cut down but caught myself two hours later at the store. (taps his chin) While I'm preoccupied with that, I've read a little of your blog and would like to thank you. I often feel as though some of my ex's might have the same openness in thier thoughts, but haven't found any of them who would share. Reading here kind of taught me something today. Tender kisses to you, Misses!!

oh I'm ready just gotta make sure and use different coping skills for my stress and man there is alot of it right now but I'm not givin up

I looked at this way when I first started on this goal if I smoked less than I did they day before it was progress this zero thing is pretty darn hard though. Best wishes hun you can do it we both can

I used the patch for the first week or so when I went from 3 to 1 pack a day, it did help but it caused my blood pressure to get to high oh stayin away yeah I know, I did successfully quit once for 3 months.. but gave in, hang in there maybe one day we wont want any at all
