I think it has something to do with intimacy. I have always heard (and I assume it is true) that most female sex professionals who will surrender their breasts, ass and vagina to strangers for a price, will not kiss their johns. This is an act of intimacy that they reserve for someone they actually love. I believe that my putting my tongue in your vagina or your putting my penis in your mouth, where we each derive sustanance from the foor and drink, is much more intimate than my putting my penis into your vagina, both of which are used primarily for sex and urination. I think your instinctive reaction to your first oral sex experience (he is going to put his tongue down there?) and covering your face with the pillow is proof of that.
