    Very Cool!

It is always great to attend such events. The body as well as the deafen ears do need a reverberating jolt to remind you of your senses. It does remind that blood does course through the veins and they do can reverberate.

It looks, from the vantage point of the on stage photo to be the proper angle and distance for theses ears and organs.

Should you get HDNet, Sundays are an all day treat. Each Sunday for 15 hours they have event/concert replays. Their lines up are truly excellent, and eclectic enough to please many an ear. The venue is my preferred these days, given I have the volume control and direct access to a "leu sans a cue" on call.

Of note (pun intended), last Sunday included the fantastic stage eye candy of The Rolling Stones in 1999; previous Sunday had the Robert Cray Band and Wynton Marsalis for the Jazz soals within us.

My neighbours (both sides younger than , in the houses on either side, do give me funny looks on Mondays, given they had the impression that our 5.1 was testing the decibel level at which it is optimal for rattling the glass panes out of their frames. Their teens just smile.

It sounds like what you were needing.
- Back when I was in Florida, and had a run at HD channels, I watched that on the fly; nice to see those concerts in the comfort of my living room. I don't belt out the money for the shows like I used to when I was younger. But when a group like LP strolls by to my side of town, it's definitely worth seeing them live and in person, 'smoke' and all...

- I love back in the day stories like that, especially when people had the opportunity to be with them in the beginning; the nu-metal sound was a refreshing change of pace, but eventually got overused to the point other bands started to crash and burn. But if the concert was any indication, they'll do what they want to do, and I can't say that's ever a bad thing...

The best part about LP is their ability to somehow collaborate and still make things their own ...

I remember when they first were touring and starting to make a name.. a festival in Montreal with about 20 bands on main stages over 2 days .. and countless other acts on secondary and tertiary stages. LP was on the 2nd stage for 2 sets in 2 days .. and you wouldn't have recognized the playlists from one day to the next. But it was good. Good enough to seek them out favouring them over a more "name" act on the center stage.
