Back in Saskatoon

Well...

I moved back to Saskatoon at the end of September and I am living with my mom..which I am quite amazed that it working out well..I feel very centered again and my meds have leveled out...Finally..Im not saying that everything is okay..I still have bad days here and there..But dont we all have days like that?

My health is good..I love my weight gain..it feels good to have a little<b> extra padding </font></b>here and there..I have cut back on my smoking that is because I have to go on the balcony to smoke..in the morning I go out there with my morning coffee in jammies and bathrobe and it is sunny out..I catch some rays form the sun..

I could eat anything I wanted now I have become more careful on what I eat..I have noticed changes in my body or should I say I am more aware of my body..Have you ever stood im front of the mirror and look at yourself?..Some people find faults when they do that..I did when I first starting putting on weight..I was thinking I was fat and huge..But that was looking through my skinny eyes..
I have developed curves in the right places ..and I am pretty happy with the results I see looking back at me in the mirror..

I feel physically,mentally,spiritually and at peace for the first time in my life and have a stable mind..and I accept me..
