Wed 9/23 A blog is a terrible thing to waste What is a blog? I always thought it was sort of an online diary. You know - putting your life out there so everyone could enjoy/laugh/react in horror at the stories that our lives create. I found that my life was too dull to generate stuff each day so I turned to writing about thoughts that popped into my head. Right now I'm tying to think while watching a video of riverportcat walk around her house(fully clothed - damnit!).....distracting....LOL! Others write jokes and one lady writes funny stories like it is part of her life. Putting a life on paper is one way of self-reflection. Writing a column is another. I have to think about a subject and describe my thoughts. To do this and make it so someone can read it is very difficult. Writing is a talent. Some come by it naturally and others( me! ) put up the good fight. If only my english teachers could see me now. The other part of a blog is the comments that people write in response to the main story. I've seen very good and to the point comments. I've also seen some that make no sense at all. The ones that make me laugh the most are the ones that stupid little boys leave saying "oh let me<b> fuck </font></b>you and it will be alright" Do they really expect a lady to contact them and take them up on their offer? LOL - can you spell Looser? I am enjoying my blog because it has shown me that I like to write. It is something that I've always felt would be fun but never really took the time to try. Sitting here watching a sweet lady wave at others in her video window, constructing sentences and paragraphs is a relaxing way to end the day. Maybe she is waving at me  Will you?As always polite comment, rants and musings are appreciated....all others take a hike RD |

A blog is what you want to share with others. Some can write them every day. Sometimes weeks go by before I can think of something to share. I have read blogs that make me cry with laughter, others make me cry with sadness. Have already said that in another blog reply. I enjoy reading the comments left by people who have read mine, or replies to my comments on their blogs. One blog I read made me feel a lot better about myself. Keep blogging for as long as you are enjoying yourself.
