It Happened again

Well it happened again....

today as I've already sated, it's my 's 9th birthday. If you could only hear this young man playing. He hasn't been feeling well so we are trying to keep him inside and not let him get overheated. He had a slight fever last night and this morning. He has been a bit cranky and sensitive so we know he isn't feeling well but if you could here hims laying and screaming and singing, you would never guess anything was ever wrong. Listening to a play is such a joy. they do'nt worry about the things we do as adults and sometimes the simplest of things can seem like such a mountain to overcome to them.

Anyway... I got detoured talking about my ... Back to the topic. As we were cleaning up and getting things ready for tonight's party, somehow, these two 7 foot tall Christmas Trees made their way into my house. One in the front window and the other in the back in our formal living room. I'm sorry I do'nt have time to get the rest of the Christmas stuff out as I'm ready for the Christmas season to start.

Years ago before our came along, a tradition was that Christmas was put out the last weekend in October. It was hilarious when trick or treaters came to the door. They would ring the bell and say "Trick or T.... HEY MA!! They got a Christmas tree up????? it was the funniest thing to see the confused expressions and then smiles come over people. When our came along, we stopped the tradition but have always talked about it. This year our wanted us to put some of it out so we have both Halloween and Christmas decorations up for the moment. So far, the two trees only have lights on them as there just isn't enough time to get it all done by the time company gets here. I'm sure as the week progresses, more will come out.

I hope you are having as much fun as we are. Time for a break and some FOOTBALL!!!
