Medical necessity?

So, is everybody on this site here for fun? Well, that's a stupid way of asking... what I mean is, are there any people on Adult Dating zone who are in a situation where they are unable to have sex at home with their partner, and are here looking for a FWB with their partner's blessing? Among the physical therapists, MDs, sex therapists, etc., there doesn't seem to be any infrastructure to match couples experiencing medically necessary<b> celibacy </font></b>with other couples facing the same problem. Do such couples wind up on these adult personals sites? Do they rely on chance meeting to find surrogates? Do they simply go without? If anyone reading this has knowledge of this unfortunate community of sufferers, please, drop a line!
