Why are clear high heels slutty?

Chris Rock had a funny bit about clear high heels being seen as slutty! Did the whores all get together and decide clear heels looked slutty or did it start because sluts started wearing them and then no decent woman would?

So do guys find clear high heels as sexy as<b> crotchless </font></b>panties, or what?

For me a sexy woman wearing anything is sexy, and the less she wears the better...

 Sweetie, clear heels (unless they're on a pair of low heeled old lady shoes or a little girls shoes) are typically reserved for those skyscraper stiletto/platforms that strippers wear. And men would label them as slutty shoes for what reason? Hmmmm....
