18 days to survive

I have mailed in my ballot, so my voting is over. But I still am stuck with the campaign and the pain of the race for another 18 days. The English system is over with an election much more quickly. We drag this thing out for 18 months! Bigger and more expensive is not better.

The one advantage of the long slog is that the candidates have more time to show their stamina, smarts and personality. The billy bus locker room video had time to come out too. So maybe the dragged out pain had a good side as well as the<b> torture.</font></b>
