Freezing My Ass Off In Minnesota...... I saw this picture and thought to myself -- yup...that says it all! It is so damned cold here in Minnesota. The white, fluffy newly fallen snow is beautiful to look at and would be fun to play in.....but the frigid temperatures and strong winds make it dangerous to be outside. However, did I stay inside today? Noooooooo.... I was born and raised here...I am tough. Of course I went outside.......(tomorrow is supposed to be even more cold). As I was walking to my car I was listing all the words I could think of that described the weather today. Here are just some of them. Cold, freezing, bitter, frigid, biting, breathtaking, nippy, numbing, chilled, frozen, bitter, crisp, raw, harsh, frosty......... |

it might get cold but the beauty is a work of art i work outside everyday cold weather brings out the best in people and its beautiful u just have to change the attitude except it and then embrace it. its always going to come it shouldnt catch u off guard

Voice: i volunteered to dog sit for a friend for 3 weeks in Feb. while the friend visited family in India. For 3 weeks in by far the coldest month this winter I was out 1-2 times per day for 30 to 90 minutes each walking the dog, when it was below zero. A couple of times I walked from I-394 to Hwy 55 on Wirth Parkway & back when it was near zero. Because of my schedule sometimes I was walking the dog at 10-11 PM Michael bluewolf-bd You are a glutton for punishment! But, what a wonderful friend you are! Exactly why I'm here! Even if it is rainy n chilly, better than freezing my skinny butt off, frost in my mustache, n cold feet all winter! Laughing at your reply. You are definitely the smarter one...... Although cold today, the sun was shining and it didn't really feel all that bad. Heard the subzero temps are due back this week. Stay warm! hugs, Voice

brrrr glad its summer here in Australia, high 70s and low 80s.. and the ocean is abround 75.. great for swimming.. stay warm

C'mon once it get to -10 whats another couple of degrees? I work in it daily, I'm tough to, but would rather be inside with a snuggle bunny and make our own wind

Just reading your blog has froze me. It is a nice warm 45 degrees with little wind. I'm still freezing my ass too.
