What perfect timing! Today is the last forecasted day of the heat wave. And it is National Ice Cream day. For me, the next best thing to an ice cold beer is Ice Cream !!!! I know that like most things we should use restraint with it, but I also think that an occasional indulgence is ok . Do you like it hard or soft (I mean the ice cream ) ? I am not certain if it cools me down, but I love taste. Also playing with it can be fun . What do you think? Will you participate in the day? Do you have a particular favorite?

 I agree with you, it's a great day to enjoy National Ice Cream Day, not sure which one I will have today, possible some chocolate peanut butter, or maybe some rainbow sherbet I hope you enjoy your favorite ice cream today, and stay cool..
