Stop being NEEDY on IM

Ok, this has been bugging me for a while.... Sometimes I will be on IM here, even though I don't think it works half the time..... When I'm on IM and I am involved in a conversation, I am not checking the incoming messages. Unfortunately, the way this platform was designed, it doesnt tell others that I'm busy and I can't shut it off and still maintain the conversation. I have noticed recently that you can now view messages that you may have missed, so I have been looking at them. I'm actually pretty shocked at what I'm seeing! Guys looking for my attention, but when they don't get an immediate response, they wig out! What the ever loving fuck?! Are you kidding me?! All I can say is thanks for showing me what you're capable of without requiring any involvement from me. Grow up... and grow a pair!
