    Hahaha!
Just last week I was out on a weekend morning bike ride and I passed a group of younger folk, hanging around, having breakfast after pulling an all night party. First thing that popped into my mind was, "damn! I used to be exactly like that!" Then I felt a little embarrassed, and appalled at how old I got, at that very moment LOL
But I wouldn't trade it for anything. Early nights and morning bike rides, or yoga, or some class at the gym sounds good to me now. And oh, to get enough sleep? Wouldn't trade that for anything
Ah yes, nothing beats the want to sleep in and be knocked out for some good times swimming under sheets. Even now I wished I was back in bed to squeeze out a few more minutes of shut eye. But once I get going, it only helps me through the day so that when it all ends, I'm back in again, sleeping and enjoy such dreams.

I myself love to get out for a good run. Nothing beats listening to some good upbeat music while dodging traffic and working up a sweat.
Initially, there's always some apprehension, the very idea of trying to get to the finish; then one starts running and all those fears are put to rest as you become one with the run itself. Having some good tunes definitely helps the time pass, especially when it's a favorite.

Thanks for stopping in; swing by again!
