Some say love is a many splendor thing. The Beatles say "All you need is love", while White snake say, "is this love"? So what is love? it's a powerful thing, an emotion that every man and woman wants, or be in. Because of of it, in the bible, Sampson exposed his weakness. Wow!, Why would anyone do that? Also for Job, in the bible, he loved God so much. God tested his faith and allow the devil to destroyed everything he had and everyone he loved. So why does love got to be a hard thing? Do we have to jump through hoop to get love, or get some one to love us? Job was a good man, and he suffered! But in the end he was rewarded. Do we give all of our love, even thought we not getting nothing in return? Are we hoping, in time, it would be rewarding? My grand dad was a rolling stone, he did my grand ma wrong. He multiple affairs, and there was times she had to work 16 hrs, because, it might be months before my grand dad came home, or he might not even come home. There was a house full of . She was a loyal wife, great mom, and the best grand mother ever! She stuck with him, no questions asked. They were married over 75 years before they both passed. So was that love? My uncle said, it was stupidity! How can you love someone, who would do you wrong? Maybe the saying is true? Love is blind! When someone did me wrong, I bailed, maybe I was wrong? Should I had stay in a non loving relationship? Giving and never receiving? My grandma did for 3/4 of a century? I wonder why? Some people stay with someone that not<b> worthy. </font></b>Maybe they are the real ones, who can tell you what's love is all about! Lou Rawls, said, "Love is a hurting thing"! You look at Sampson, Job, and my grandma, they suffered, but they did it for love! Maybe I don't have a concept what love is or mean? I would think it would be a happy thing. I seen a few that happy, then there the ones who put on a act, and play the part well. They must have written 100s of songs about this four letter word. "Love". This is not something you can just buy at Wall-mart. Because it's not for sale. I had a friend, that to us. He was a lonely guy. He met his woman in his complex. She used him, when people told him , he just say, I don't care, I love her. When she broke us with him, he lost his mind, and was a patience at the Va hospital. He was there a couple a week and he hung himself. He wrote, without her, live is not worth living. I cried, for losing a friend. I then said to myself. He must had loved her! To die for someone. You look at some of the love stories, such as "Romeo and Juliet", it end in a tragedy. I know sometimes in life there's no happy ending. But if you with the wrong person, should you continue loving them? Or search for something better? We all want happiness! Excess me, for writing so much. I try to keep it short. But before I leave, I got one question, let me know what you think. "What is love"? Riddletime*** When you have me, you feel like sharing me. But if you share me, you don't have me. People had longevity, I did admire my grandma, she had the patients of Job. I'm glad you in a good relationship, you and your husband, very blessed, you both have each other,

Couple did stay together then, there was hardly any divorces. Love is a powerful thing! Thanks for viewing my blogs.

I think over the years women who no longer love their man stay with them regardless of what they are feeling. In today society they move on and try to find that true love that is out there. You Grandma was a special women. I am sure she was still very close to her man no matter what. I don't people can every describe what is love.. they just know when they are in love. I been pretty luck so far in my marriage and we are still very much in part of each other.. I guess that because I have not been around him 24/7. I think that in years gone by women stayed with their husbands because it was what was expected of them....even if the love had died they had no choice but to stay. I think so much has been written about this thing called love because it is unique to each one of us....I know what it is for me....it is part of me but it would take more time than I have in this lifetime to explain it.  ~~Anais Nin~~
