Hi Joy. thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog. yes... Blackbird is a great one... I added that as a comment... because I thought it meshed well with what I had written and the lyrics from "Waste Away"... Devon Baldwin sings a beautiful duet... and Blackbear does some interesting voice changes to contrast with her pitch perfect voice... when I thought of Blackbird... it is such a simple melody... with a powerful message... similar to the "Waste Away" message.... but... in a very different way... the Beatles had a short and simple love song... Years ago... I had heard Paul McCartney sing "Blackbird"; "Yesterday" & "BlueBird" at the Tarrant County convention center in Ft. Worth...
