Happy St. Patrick's Day, everyone!

Enjoy it and spend it however you like. If you drink, have a designated driver or take a cab home... Just be safe. Unfortunately, I will be spending my St. Patrick's Day at a couple of networking events and then return home and cook something for dinner. If I was back visiting my parents, the meal would be corned beef and cabbage with potatoes... Definitely a typical Irish meal to celebrate the day. I do not have any corned beef, cabbage or potatoes at my place, so I will obviously have to improvise for dinner, and it probably will not be an Irish dish for dinner. Maybe I can delay the corned beef and cabbage dinner until the weekend. Unlike some inferences, not all Irish people are going to get blitzed today... Most of the people I have encountered on St. Patrick's Day who do get that wasted are not Irish, but that is clearly OK... One does not have to be Irish to enjoy the holiday... Just do it safely.
