A Memory Fix
It was but a taste a moment on pause a flicker of the tongue bodies matched in perfect time
a ballet of skin on skin it engulfed me I was craving more while your hands were still lost in my hair
Time stopped the world missed a beat the laboured sound of our breathing dripping with need only elevated desire
nervous fingers explored in clumsy fashion every freckle and every scar the need grew stonger and I felt I couldn't bring you close enough to me
Your shadow an ever present silhouette now toys with my thoughts I can catch your scent and break from the space of my being
just a small slip I forgot I was here lost in a memory so real the tremble of my body caused me to look for you
I am still alone yet underneath it all I can still feel your hands on my neck pulling me closer like an addiction leaving me craving my next fix from you
