Hark! Hark! Morning Sex! A Poem

How many times
Must I say
I would like
To have morning sex?
I guess I just
Have not had
The right audience.
For my words
Have fallen
On deaf ears.

No one to take
Me up on my offer
Or is it a dare?
Truly it is
Just a wish
I would like
To fulfill
In the near future.
If possible.

Hark, hark
What light through
Yonder window breaks?
It is time
To wake
And do what
Should come naturally
And easy.
And put smiles
On both our faces.
That we can wear
To start our days!

(S)he jests at scars that never felt a wound...

I hope that a suitable Romeo will enter your life (stage left) before this scene draws to a close. Let us hope that your mutual pleasure allows your muse to soar to even greater heights, refreshed with the ambrosia of shared carnal and spiritual delights...

(that said, I'm a bit too far away to be of any direct help!).

I think Shakespeare would forgive you. I have the same thoughts.

Thank you for your comment Raven. It accomplished the same thing as morning sex! It put a smile on my face. 🙂.

You should not have to ask at all, your partner should KNOW, and if he doesnt, then he isnt paying enough attention to you in your relationship.

Now you are just being mean when you mention a partner. I do not have one. I do not have a relationship.

I loved getting up at the crack of Dawn.
Alas, she was not always very inclined.
Yes, in fact sometimes she'd just yawn.
But it was great, the positions we'd find.
