Spinning Wheels To Nowhere A Poem

Spinning wheels
Go round and round
A figure of speech
To talk about going nowhere
Today it is still apt
For doing the same thing
Over and over again.
It is the story of
My life so far.

I will get somewhere
If it kills me.
But it might only be
To the cemetery
Scratch that
And scatter my ashes
In some far off places.
At least some of me
Will<b> bear </font></b>their witness.
