What do you want in a private club!

As I look for a new venue to re-start Club Femme, I would love you input on the following:
1. Location? I think near Ma. Pike / I 495 & Rt9 it is so easy to get o from so many areas OR on I 395 in between Worcester and the Casinos! Your Thoughts?
2. Welcoming all CDs, TVs, TGs, T-Girls of all levels, Bi Ms & Fs, Bi Couple or straight couples, Cuckolds, Gay M of F, ADMIRERS ... and Your Thoughts?
3. Changing rooms and maker artists?
4. Hotel deal from cheap to high end?
5. A shuttle Van to pick you up and or bring you back to your hotel in a 5 to 8 mile radius of the Club?
6. How does a private club sound instead of an existing country club or function place?
7. Type of music??? Dance area... Laid back talking area?
8. DJ and or live band? In a separate area from the rest of the club?
9. What night of the week and how often should it be open?
10. A soft music dim are area to talk and have a little fun?
11. A nicely lighted area for talk and have some food?
12. Photographer for those who want their pic taken but the rest of the club would be camera free?
13. What else come to mind??????
