I stayed logged into live help chat twice in last days, each for over a hour an could not get one answer to anything I requested. Once when my profile had been turned off, an enquiry I made reinstated it - hopefully it was a glitch Other than that, never a dull moment here on the premises Cheers - P

I stayed logged into live help chat twice in last days, each for over a hour an could not get one answer to anything I requested. I even documented one! .[Image] My thought at the time was the live chat support appeared to work for me in the same way the IM chat has worked for me - it -never- has worked for me. I assume the IM chat has never worked for me because I don't have Adobe Flash installed, and I'm thinking the IM chat requires it to work. So at the time I assumed the live chat support might require Adobe Flash to work as well. Now I see I am not the only one to experience the same result trying the live chat support - thank you. So I send an email to member support - that result was the standard canned reply: "We cannot recreate the issue - please clear all browser cache, cookies, temp files, etc, blah, blah, blah..." This is why I asked my question about how to find the website support blog. I haven't tried asking them my question yet, but I will try it soon.
