Some statistics that might interest you! I got a little bored this morning so I decided to try a little exercise. I’ve suggested in other blogs that men should pretend for a few minutes that they are a woman and use the advanced search function to take a closer look at their competition. Today I thought it might be fun to just look at some of the statistics that can be garnered from these searches. I decided to take a look at what is happening within 50 miles of me, and from members who have logged on to their account within the last 7 days. Below is what I learned: 2253 Men in Vegas area looking for women. 1780 Of these men have some type of picture in their profile. 473 Of these men have no picture in their profile 362 Women are looking for men 252 Of these women have some sort of picture in their profile 110 Of these women have not uploaded a picture So what does this mean? It seems to me, there are 6 to 7 men for every woman on this site. Approximately 30% of the women don’t post their pictures and 25% of the men don’t post pictures to their profile. So let’s look at the breakdown a little closer (again within 50 miles of me), first age statistics: Women: 20 - 29 years 24 1 woman for every 8 men 30 – 39 years 95 1 woman for every 6 men 40 – 49 years 112 1 woman for every 4 men 50 – 59 years 83 1 woman for every 4 men 60 – 95 years 16 1 woman for every 7 men Men: 20 - 29 years 192 30 – 39 years 634 40 – 49 years 485 50 – 59 years 345 60 – 95 years 125 Ladies here is a breakdown of our body styles: Slim petite 43 Athletic 54 Average 76 Ample 52 Extra padding 71 BBW 47 It takes too long to break the men down by their reported body styles but maybe I’ll do that one day too. Here is one interesting thing that stood out while I was doing this: There are obviously men out there who create multiple profiles, so I don’t know how badly they skew the statistics but there was one guy I came across, who had posted the same exact picture to 4 different profiles all with slightly changed screen names. I found all of this sort of enlightening and a little interesting, but it did get tedious clicking and counting. So what do you think girls? Can we handle all of these men? Guys tell me what you think? |

My question would be how much can anyone trust the stats given by any member? Men and women lie about age, body type and both genders put up multiple profiles. When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

Wow thats quite the list of stats! interesting to see things broken down and put into perspective. Although they dont apply to my local area, i found this a fascinating read!  *** Its like "Sex,Drugs & Rock'n'Roll.....Without the drugs......or the Rock'n'Roll...." So just filthy ramblings really! I sure as hell wish that the ratio was more balanced. Four profiles by the same guy, he must really be desperate.

I think the stats you cite are a snapshot into the entire Adult Dating zone universe. I have long suspected that the men/women ration is very skewed. As well I can tell you that I have come across multiple women with duplicate profiles with different names. Also of interest is that fact that some people post fake pics. To all those that do that shame on you....and to those that do not know to use Google search for images....shame on you too! I have to laugh when the profile pic is fake and some horny guys comment "so hot" even though the image is not of the person posting it! The question remains....are there any better sites out there?

Was it not Samuel Clemens who said ... There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies and statistics. I personally am a little surprised. I would have guessed the men to woman ratio is higher, on the order of 12 to 1. Good Job anthemgal

I did the same breakdown a year or so ago for San Francisco. It's real discouraging for us guys! Adult Dating zone also helps by giving away so many gold memberships to woman while discouraging some of the basic activities for men. It's "Internet Ladies Night". Statistically it isn't very favorable odds for us guys but then if one can show he is a quality man worthy of being checked out then he should eventually make some good connections which can hopefully lead to finding the right woman.

When you break down your ratios to the common denominator, that's the total number of members in my area. 1 woman, 8 men. It's just terrible
