The Power of Washington, DC

And just an FYI...

This has nothing to do about politics.

For 27 years I lived in Northern VA just outside of DC.

I was so involved with Capital Pride, and a spokesperson for the LGBT Community.

Working on the first two Aids Rides back in 2008/2009.
along with many years of doing video PSA's for the HRC.

I left it all in 2011 and moved to the Jersey Shore in Atlantic City. Now having a little free time. I'm finding myself spending it on the beach.

This sure gives you time to think about your past and all you've done.

as I just sit back and read various websites of organizations I was so once involved with. In many ways times have changed, and in some they're still the same.

Washington, DC knew me ...and heard my voice!

I've had my fun / headaches/ challenges over the years. Now I just look back and smile. Not done yet. Now trying to figure out what's next.
