Do you use it via laptop or phone? When the going gets weird, the weird turn pro. The only thing we have to fear is fear itself.

I suspect that it's a bandwidth problem with the Mobile version trying to compete. They should be running separate servers for each. But probably don't want to invest in the architecture......... It will run up to a certain point in the morning. But then will begin to loose connection. Probably as more users log on and the server gets overloaded. Conversations will simply stop being transmitted and you won't know it, except that the other person has stopped replying. I end up having to close Messenger and then re-start it again in order to re-establish connection.

It's merely an upgrade in servers and the company has no need to fix it. The cost associated with it doesn't warrant a solution as there is no money derived from doing so. You should ask yourselves....why do netmeeting etc. have any similar issues? I suspect if members were more interested in paying more for their memberships the problem would be resolved. Thoughts?
