Many of the poems that I post on the site are taken from this book that was written by me back in 2010.

Flames of the Heart is a book of 105 poems that take a sweet and fiery look at the deep emotions of love that people share. It gently explores the sensual side of love as well as the exotic and sometimes forbidden erotic passions that men and women share. This book also declares the joy of knowing salvation and the power of God's love in our lives.

Why I Write Poetry

I write<b> poetry </font></b>for the beauty of it's expression to share the wonders of human emotion, and portray the struggles that humans face everyday. I also write to relate the power of precious and committed faith in our daily lives. My<b> poetry </font></b>also breaches the darker world of fantasies and nightmares that we all share and portrays the wonders of the natural world in which we live. My<b> poetry </font></b>delves into the serenity and beauty of love in our lives and tries to explore the deeper meaning of life to give my wonderful readers hope and joy. It has always been my ultimate goal to inspire others with the simplistic pictures and devious turns that so often occur in my<b> poetry. </font></b>It is my sincere desire to bring a little bit of happiness and mirthful joy to my readers of my poetic works. Love is an unending white hot flame of desire
burning across the fertile fields of the heart,
causing an inferno of fiery emotion that floods
the soul with wonderful joy, and lights a glorious
torch of adoration within our lives washing away
every teardrop to make us complete in it's ethereal bonds.
