 Good Morning, I am with you not only with the noisy neighbour, but the white stuff too ugh

For the nearly 17 years I was living and working in Germany, I lived in apartments and although I never had a neighbour that screamed down the phone, there was always some noise in the block. Now I am back home in the UK, it is such a relief to live in a house again.

While I like to look at snow,, I hate it for all the same reasons as you apart from my hair, mine is almost gone and I can wear a hat lol
