The meaning of the season

I am a 10 year listener of a stupidly named morning show. Most of the time it is fairly offensive banter between a bunch of guys and any interns they may have. It is entertaining to me and ass I am usually working for most of the show it is a perfect fit.

The reason for this post is that once a year they do something truly awesome. They break into peoples<b> houses </font></b>and they leave Christmas presents where there would otherwise be none. They call this the holiday break-ins. They do not reveal personal details about who they help and they do not stick around to get the reactions of the families they help. They do 5-10 on the air with the people that volunteer to break in, where they read the stories people submitted for the recipient families. Then there are countless others that they just don't have time to broadcast.

These group of people are doing a wonderful kindness for humanity. Every year I look forward to this broadcast. Every year I know I am going to break down into tears at least once. This to me is the reason for the season.

 I listened to that first one. That is an awesome thing they do for them!!! I would love to see their surprise when they see those gifts!!!! Santa IS real!
