I have to confess that this place is feeling a bit jaded for me at the moment. Too much drama, Paul no doubt delighted that he's managed to put himself in the centre of it. For the first time ever I'm struggling to enjoy the lunacy of it all. Just cannae be arsed. Hey, there are worse things in life than being fed up with the ville of blogs. When can we get back to skelping arses, that's what I want to know!?!? - - - - - You're confused about things... and using cliches to hide the fact that you don't know a thing about what your're talking about. What I want to know is: Where the fuck does your fake accent go from time to time? And why fake it? AnddddddâĶâĶ..you think itâs okay, acceptable, to talk about women here, or anywhere else for that matter, in those terms? In any circumstances? OkayyyyyyyâĶâĶcrack on. But donât expect people to be silent about it, especially when youâre so hypocritical elsewhere. You know paul, several years ago I was having troubles with a couple of bullies, jealous people. I was talking with a wise old uncle about it ( he was your age at the time, assuming you are indeed 63yo), explaining the situation. In his usual measured way he said âMcFucktard, McNaeBaws, whateva, maybe you should just continue on behaving as you do normally, calling out the things that are wrong in your usual calm way, and letting the people around who behave badly continue to do so, because all theyâll do is show themselves up for what they areâ. That has stayed with me ever since, like the wee guardian angel on yer shooder. Iâll finish with this. I once engaged in mob-mentality here, not something Iâm proud of. Most people here will not remember who or why. I do. Vividly. Shamefully. Never again. If anyone is lynching you, it ainât me. Our issues are your making. Your problems are your making. So I saw your pontificating post about sobriety and posting, I called it out. You chose, in your usual bizarre way, to go off on one, or two, or more. If anyone else is going at you, Iâll have no part of that. Your problems with Lala are yoursâ. While I agree with her, I wonât be raising anything other than individual issues. If you are being lynchedâĶâĶâĶmaybe just stop and ask yourself why. Not who. Why. Just a thought. Be safe, stay safe, stay sober. ps â ahâm no the yin wiâ the accent ya numpty!

You don't know me from a hole in the wall. I have over 200 blogs our there. You show up on THIS one to rag me about an event 2 years old, then go bouncing back to blah blah to happily use a bunch of adjectives to describe me. You don't know squat about me nor have you ever tried. Don't wonder why people like my blogs; i'll tell you why. Because I don't take myself or this island seriously. All that other stuff you see? It's crap. Ya wanna hit on me? No worries. Just do it to my face, that's all Im saying. At this point, it seems like it would just be a pissing contest and a poor one at that. You've made up your mind about me. Again, no worries - but if ya have a problem with me, just say it to my face, don't go crawling around behind my back gleefully burning an effigy of me. That quote was NOT a generalization but specific to one man's plight and my commitment (quite sober) on how to deal with women. You can replace the word 'woman' and replace it with men and it would work the same. Taken out of context and read on it's own, it sounds as you perceive it to be. Tell me that all sexes don't take themselves too seriously at some point or another. Do what you'll do and be who you'll be. Im not hard to understand. Im not the asshole you think I am. It's being drummed into your head. Read some of my blogs and you'll see. Why do people follow me? I make them either laugh or cry or something in between. Drinking and posting comments or trying to write, doesn't work. You can establish a reputation which might be difficult to undo. But if that's what you want, go for it!

Hey, I tried Grammarly on my latest post! It found a few cases where it thought I had a redundant comma (I disagreed). And it did flag a missing word that was a legitimate error. After fixing that, I had a score of 95. Feeling quite chuffed about myself right now!  Since I use the Chrome browser, I was able to add it in as a free 'extension'.

On the bottom left, you can choose which language you want to use. USA ðšðļ English will use more commas while ðŽð§ UK English uses less. I find the same issues with commas.
