I'm laughing at their ignorance thinking a Toyota would ever carry a grandfather clock anywhere, LOL. Hmmm... Well... I have 1,500 sq ft with a couple of balconies, and a mezzanine with a huge hidden deck (nude sunbathing permitted), AND a dining room. BUT, my table only seats six. Plenty of room here for a bigger table. I'd let you sleep in the kids room; r ya into bunk beds? Bring that table and I'm sure we can work something out. OK, if you really wanted to, I'd let you creep into the Master Bedroom. Yep... I could use a big table. Condos there are small? ðĪ Hmm... Go figure. My theme here is oak, what's that table made of? ðķâðð·ð· It does seem like a lot of the newer condos here are only 1000-1200 sf even for a two bedroom. Larger ones are quite expensive. You had me going there...but alas, the dining table is cherry.

That sounds pretty nice! Yes, once I go the condo route I think I'll feel cramped unless I have a place of your size. First world problems. It does seem like a lot of the newer condos here are only 1000-1200 sf even for a two bedroom. Larger ones are quite expensive. You had me going there...but alas, the dining table is cherry. Cherry ð, huh? ðĪ Yeah.... THAT might be a push. Then again, it might provide an interesting contrast to all the oak. I've lived here for so long I'm used to the more confined space; although my twenty-foot ceiling helps alleviate any claustrophobia. I understand what you mean. Well I downsized my friends list and it would be probably 10 or less if it keeps going down. The Light is shinning and she is lonely and waiting in the darkness.

I'm looking at my wall unit"; what a beast! lol ð Back in the day it was the style. What's your anchor â? ðđð·ð·ð HUGS are good indeed !!! Everyone I touch walks away with a BIG smile !! I always have way to much stuff..I had to donate my large wall unit when I moved..After I lost my Mom , my guy helped me and it took us 23 days to go through her place and donate, give to family members or throw out...We worked those 23 days one after the other..after that learned to be a lot more choosy about what I buy or save. I prefer donating or giving it away so we do not add to the landfill. I do not have an anchor...( My Guy might disagree as I have a LOT of exercise equipment..LOL ) Have you thought of posting to a neighborhood site or Craigs List to offer the items for free & they pick up ? Hello Paul, HUGS are good indeed !!! Everyone I touch walks away with a BIG smile !! I always have way to much stuff..I had to donate my large wall unit when I moved..After I lost my Mom , my guy helped me and it took us 23 days to go through her place and donate, give to family members or throw out...We worked those 23 days one after the other..after that learned to be a lot more choosy about what I buy or save. I prefer donating or giving it away so we do not add to the landfill. I do not have an anchor...( My Guy might disagree as I have a LOT of exercise equipment..LOL ) Have you thought of posting to a neighborhood site or Craigs List to offer the items for free & they pick up ? It is amazing the stuff we accumulate in our life time Paul, and for some reason an impossible task to deal with  , but yep, "decluttering" does have to be done - def in my case!.....
