Very well written, brief, concise, shares good technical information without losing readers. I have known about this for years. This is also where the term Runnner's High comes from. I hope you accept my friend request. Now after reading this I am sure we will have several shared interests and topics. Your contact and Blog are right on time. I am picking up a stationary bike this weekend. Let me just say, it's tough to get out their and do cardio/roadwork/power walking when the temps get below freezing and the wind howls. Great post on fitness and sex.. the other thing about sexual fitness i've been learning is about 'mind muscle connection' and training your brain to engage more muscle fibers to increase strength without necessarily increasing size. This is the reason why some smaller weight lifters can lift way way more than bulky body builders... their training focuses on helping the brain engage more fibers (especially at different points of the lift), and not at all on increasing muscle hypertrophy (size increase).

So, how related to sex? - Kegles. Kegels are nothing new, but personally i've been finding kegles to be a great way to increase stamina and intensity of pleasure during orgasm. Especially if you focus on 'stepping' the contractions gradually so the 'grip' increases in small increments. It takes focus and coordination. Then you can also do the kegels with push outs, so you can work the muscles of the sphincter to almost do a sucking action. Mind sphincter muscle connection is key here.

I have done this with an 'exercise partner' and believe me.. it is a fun work out ;^)
