Is it transphobia or just him?  

I have a question for all you cats and kittens out there. I have a very good friend who is a non op transsexual woman, like myself. She is dating a man who swears up and down that he loves her. He treats her well. She always answers his late night bootie calls. We were talking and it came out that he will not see her in public. It is obvious to her that his physical attraction to her is genuine, it can be difficult to hide that fact as a man. When they are together they get along great and laugh often. He has told her that he is afraid of the stigma attached to men who are attracted to trans women.

My question is:
Would one consider that "Transphobia" or is it his right?

I know exactly how I feel about it. I was just wanting to query the fabulous folks who are part of the Adult Dating zone community.
