Times they are always changing

30 years ago after having discovered I was<b> queer </font></b>and liked men the first places that I gravitated to were street hangouts and finally bars for gays. IT took me a couple of years to realize I was not in my element in these bars.
Men were preoccupied with their appearance, their wealth and refinement, their star quality and some other behaviors that I never fully understood. You just didnt tell someone that they were good looking or sexy. What made matters worse was the repressive closeted nature of the subculture.

It wasnt until I read some dumb ass cock book about a guy who cruised truckers on the open road that a light bulb lit up. After asking around I learned that truckers as a group were available on the interstates in rest areas and truck stops.

I almost flunked out of college because of the time I spent in the rest areas. It took me forever to break down and go after them but when I did, I never ran out of dick for years. Met a 17 year steady.

Rock Hudson's death scared the shit out of straight men. Straight guys that always went to queers for head disappeared.
