Looking forward to HEAT
By that I mean summer. Of course a little or a lot of heat in the bedroom would be welcome. My new camper is calling to me saying it is time to go to the ocean. Have been going to gym for 2 months now and think I am gaining muscle mass ( some of that could be in my head, muscle mass I mean) and losing fat, but haven't seen much difference on the scale. I do believe I am stronger and I know I feel better. Anyways it is a work in progress .I was going to add a<b> beach </font></b>photo but it keeps ending upside down. Think I got it right
