Trolls or just ignorant?

Can a few people destroy the chemistry of a chat room? What to do about<b> members </font></b>who either act ignorant of are just trolls? Please share how you would handle them?

 Sometimes it’s best to get behind the WHY when somethings are happening in a chat room before saying is it a troll or just ignorant

 ignore is the best evenutally once the see that they are not causing trouble they just leave

 Hopefully I'm not misunderstood. What I'm talking about isn't banter among the roomies. It's the constant almost BOT like interjections by a member that is contrary to having a conversation. Whether the convos are amiable or a bit heated at least people are communicating.
