I read emails, and the profiles of "gentlemen" that write, and also of those I chat with, when IMC works.
Lately, it seems the men are being more selfish in their approach.
One gentleman, in fact.has a rather nice picture that gets my attention, and I chatted with him a bit,
he talked about what he liked, wanted...
.then I asked what will you do for me?
Nothing he said.
I am here for me, what I can get.
Well, at least he was honest

I have been a member here for quite some time, and usually when talking/chatting /emailing with gentlemen, they will say
If you are ever in the area...
I just go email from someone I chatted with years ago, that said he WOULD travel the 90 miles to meet.
Does he know how RARE this is???
and of course, I am moving in 9 days, NO time to schedule a meeting.

I read profiles. I like getting an idea of who I may chat with, see if there area mutual interests.
I enjoy a profile where some thought has been put into it. Where originality gets bonus points with me and A good sense of humor makes me smile.
What irks me.......are the people who put such comments as.
