Today I come across with one of the 80's high school classic movies written by the great John Hughes (The Breakfast Club) - Pretty in Pink.
For some reason lately I've been feeling a bit just like her, not for the same reasons though, but somehow out of my league or on "the wrong side of the tracks" ...

Inspiration - Thank you!
Inspiration for me comes from everywhere and from everything with energy - People are the ones who inspire me the most.
- I started blogging not long ago inspired on someone words, thoughts and photos, someone who is a fantastic blogger on this site - you have my respect sir [bowing]
At the time I had a head full of thoughts and a heart full of feelings and in desperate need of a way to process it all...
Most of his posts resonated and even the oldest ones were giving me answers to my so many whys, made me cry, think, got me aroused and make me Laugh - Inspiring! - as I always be... an apprentice of life
I don't write much - English is not my first language and sometimes my thoughts don't come out as I want them to, others because I feel I don't have nothing interesting to say, but mostly because I'm lazy  - through him a door was open to this blogging world and I have meet great people in here reading their blogs and posts too.
I know I drifted from the original symposium, but I'm taking this opportunity to Thank You once again 'Stanley Cake' aka RQ for Inspiring and maybe someday I can inspire a soul too  - There are many blogs, but this one is mine

Blue is my favourite colour and it match's my mood at this time...
Lately Blue times are surrounding me - Over the last few months people that I care and love very much have passed away unexpectedly, the latest one was in a car accident - less than 2 weeks ago...

I've been feeling a bit uninspired by this place lately...perhaps it's AFFFatigue -there's only so many cocks close ups one woman can take!

This will be my last blog for 2014, it's time for me to reduce my time online and be more present to the magic of my life and my beautiful family.
As I sit and finish to reflect on the year that has almost passed, and look forward to the incredible year ahead I am filled with mixed emotions.
I would like to share with you this message/letter from a very close and dear friend, and even though this site might not be the best place to talk about Angels, we all need them - even those of you who don't believe they exist... Well guess what!? I do!!
I feel that this message is not just for me, but for all of you who can find echo on these words and please feel free to use the advises.
So here it goes:
" Hi Gorgeous, thinking of you - us - them.
Angels message for 2015
2014 has been a year of change, transformation and recognition. The Angels have told me that centuries and lifetimes worth of habits and old frequencies were coming up to be cleared and released and for many of us this meant facing old fears, old patterns and our very belief systems being challenged.
For you there has been much loss and pain - friends passing away suddenly, friendships coming to an abrupt end, shifts in relationships, witnessing friends journeying through difficult times.
For some of us, relationships reached breaking point, and we have been asked to choose our own happiness and strength, for others career came up and you are feeling an urge to expand or leave where you are, in all subjects it has been out with what was, and choosing what is new.
I know there has also been much joy - true friends standing by your side, communities coming together to lift another, recognition, new opportunities, and much love.
The Angels ask you to have clear goals next year, and to be aware that you Can receive all of the help you need, if you ask and if you allow them to help you. There will be times when you feel prayers are not being heard, and this is if you are expecting them to do it ‘for’ you.
The Angels remind you that we each have a spiritual team, a guide, a guardian angel, a magical being, masters and archangels also walk with us, and we can call on them to assist us at any time. They also remind you that if you are scared, or worried that you will fail, you cannot fly!
In order for change to happen sometimes we have to let go of what we feel keeps us safe, this may mean a period of change of uncertainty and of rebuilding, this may mean walking through our fears, facing what you dread and then realizing it was nothing but a mirage after all.
It may mean letting people, situations and perspectives go that are holding you where you are, it may mean putting our head above the parapet and ‘risking’ failure, and deciding that ‘success’ is important enough for you to commit to it, and take those steps one by one.
Michael – is asking you to intend clearly, he shares that when you ‘intend’ and you really ‘carry this’ with you that your energy signature becomes far more positive and higher thus allowing changes to come to you effortlessly and easily.
Gabriel – is asking you to ask her to help you see clearly what you do have that is a blessing now, to learn to live in gratitude for what is rather than bemoaning what is not here yet, she says the Universe hears what you feel, and thinks this is what you are inviting. She asks you to help to communicate with the team you have – invite them to make clear the best and easiest course of action and to help you define and know what ‘next step’ will guide you forward. She also says we all have stories that tell us we cannot dare go for that job, or seek that lover, or start that business, and this keeps us in a cycle, it is time to be brave ask for assistance and take the guidance at hand to invest in yourself and your life.
Uriel is asking you to connect with the earth daily, to understand when you are grounded and connected to mother nature, you will sense and know, see and hear the guidance that is right for you on all subjects that you ask for help with. He also mentions clearing your space, your aura your chakras and the energy in your home to allow and make room for fresh energy to flow in.
Jophiel is asking you to believe in yourself and your ability to do more, be more and have more love, joy, fun and bliss in your life. She says although you have had experiences where you were challenged, have felt defensive, were hurt, they have all gone and in this moment you are asked to believe it can all change, ‘ask me to help you believe in miracles for magic is the very nature of reality’
Raphael asks you to engage him to help your body and your soul feel healed. Ask him to come to the grocery store with you and find healthy nourishing foods and beverages which will heal your body. Ask him to heal you deeply as you sleep, bringing balance, and ease into your body and life. Ask him to heal any hurt or rejection you have felt, and so to be ready for what is to come.
All of the Angels are available to you at all times…they want to work with you and are asking you to commit to your own growth, you are beautiful and inspirational and you deserve to hear this direct from them!
I thank you for being you – exactly the way you are. Without your light in the world, it would not be the same. You are loved, and you are supported and I wish you a peaceful Christmas and a expansive new year.
My wishes for you is that you find yourself surrounded with faith, hope, grace, compassion, courage, passion and love.

A Magic Mulled Wine Recipe To Infuse Your Intentions With Fire, Power, And Action

December last month of the year, Jack Frost nipping at our nose, our thoughts generally turn to giving, gratitude, family, and joy - Christmas.
For me, winter has also been a time for introspection, re-evaluating my place on Earth, and redefining my focus for next year - 2015.
Winter is the perfect time to come back to oneself and spend some time thinking about what we want out of life.
So for this holiday season, I wanted to share with you a special treat, that’s both delicious and powerful for setting our intentions.
-Mulled wine has been popular all over the world from the U.K. to Germany to the Scandinavian countries. Basically, wherever it’s cold.
The recipe is fairly straight forward and easy to make, but what makes it special is HOW we make our mulled wine. Instead of throwing ingredient after ingredient without much thought, it’d be a great exercise to help us focus on our intentions for the coming new year.
Here’s how it works: As we drop each key ingredient into the pot, there’ll be an accompanying thought exercise to help us breath life, focus, energy, gratitude, and love into our intention.
Ingredients:
❤ 4 cups of fresh apple cider
❤ 1 bottle of red wine (replace with cherry juice or grape juice for non-alcoholic version)
❤ 1/4 cup of Brandy (exclude if making a non-alcoholic version)
❤ 3 sticks of cinnamon
❤ 1 whole orange (zested & juiced)
❤ 6 whole cloves
❤ 3 star anise
❤ 1 whole nutmeg
❤ 1 tbsp crystalized ginger (if you can’t find crystalized ginger, ginger slices for flavor will work too)
❤ Simple syrup to taste
❤ Orange zest for garnish (optional)
Pre-Cooking Instructions:
1. Pick a single intention or goal to focus on. Perhaps it’s a new career/job, or travel opportunity. Or maybe you would like to focus on finding love, emotional healing, or physical health. Whatever it is, be clear with what you want. Envision it down to the last detail. Let it play out in our mental movie theatre. What does it feel like when we’ve achieved our goal? Who are we with? What have we accomplished to get to this point?
2. Lay out the cinnamon, orange, cloves, star anise, nutmeg, and ginger.
It’s also good to note that these ingredients are all linked with the element of fire, which is symbolic of action, passion, and purifying oneself of negativity. Perfect for setting yourself up for next year - 2015!
3. Cinnamon has been known as a healing and magical spice for thousands of years and has been used in traditional medicine from China to Egypt. It has also been used to attract what we want in our life, such as love, money, and happiness. So for cinnamon, I want you to think about what you want to attract into your life. Feel free to hold the cinnamon in your hands while you do this or simply lay it in front of you.
4. Orange is symbolic of warmth, the Sun, breathes new life, and finding direction. For this ingredient, focus on how your goal will expand your life, spiritually, emotionally, and physically. How will accomplishing your goal fulfill you? This could simply be a feeling. If so, let your mind enjoy this sensation.
5. Cloves, like cinnamon, have had a rich history. They are known for their healing properties (antibacterial and anesthetic) and are symbolic of banishing negativity, clearing your head, protection, and purification. For this ingredient, let your mind acknowledge any fears or insecurities that may hold you back from accomplishing your goal. Then allow yourself to let go of that which does not serve you any longer. Don’t be judgmental or critical. Just acknowledge and let go. The cloves will represent your release of any negativity and self-judgement.
6. The star anise is also an ancient spice used for thousands of years in Egypt and China. It has been used for various forms of healing, and has been known to increase psychic awareness and intuition. So it only makes sense for this ingredient to focus your energy on your own intuition. Hold the star anise in your hand and say to yourself, “My intuition will always serve me, and I will listen to it. It will help me when I need it most and ensure I do what is best for me.”
7. Nutmeg has been traditionally linked with luck, will represent opportunity, chance, good fortune, and being at the right place at the right time. Whatever it is, know that the right opportunity will appear for you.
8. Ginger is used for it’s healing properties and symbolic of speeding things up, bringing your goals to fruition faster. For your mulled wine recipe, ginger will represent passion, fire, speed, and action! Hold the ginger in your hands and think of a timeline. When do you want to accomplish your goal? Is there a deadline? Envision it happening on a specific date, if you wish.
Cooking Instructions:
Now that we’ve done all that prep work, it’s time to make the mulled wine!
As we drop each of the ingredients into the pot, quickly feel or recall what you worked through in the exercise.
1. Grab a large pot, big enough for all the ingredients.
2. In the pot, pour in the apple cider, red wine, and brandy. Keep it at a medium heat.
3. With all our intention-infused ingredients laid out before us, it’s time to drop them into the warm pot! It’ll be hard to recall everything we’ve done in the previous exercise, so here are the ingredients again and what they represent:
3 sticks of cinnamon – Attraction. What do you want to attract into your life?
1 whole orange (zested & juiced) – Warmth and fulfillment. How will your goal fulfill you spiritually, emotionally, mentally?
6 whole cloves – Purification. Letting go of any negativity or that which no longer serves you.
3 star anise – Intuition. Trust and embrace your intuition. It will lead you to your goal.
1 whole nutmeg – Opportunity. The right chances, connections, and opportunities will arise to help you achieve your goal.
Ginger – Speed and Fruition. Your intention will become real in an appropriate time.
4. Once all the ingredients are in, let the pot come to a boil before turning off the heat. Then let steep for 10 minutes.
5. When you’re ready, pour yourself a cup. Add simple syrup if you wish, and garnish with a little orange zest! As you sip it, enjoy the warmth as it goes into your body. Once again, imagine the joy, love, and satisfaction you will feel when you achieve or attract what it is you intend to.
And that is your magic mulled wine! You can enjoy this exercise yourself or do it with your family. Working towards a common goal or intention is a wonderful way to bring friends, loved ones, and family together.
Let me know if you made the recipe. And as always, do what works best for you and alter it however you wish! There’s no hard and fast rule. The point is to define your focus, your goals, and allow yourself to make a declaration to the Universe and yourself that you WILL accomplish what you set out to do!
