Everyone has heard of a "seeing eye dog " right? Well my parents have a , that needs a "seeing eye human". The poor only has one eye that he can see out of, and it's not very good. He can't see things up close with the good eye. You have to be a ways away from him and talk to him for him to know you are there. He was like this when my parents got him. The people that had him before my brother got him for my parents, said he had gotten an allergy in his eyes, and the the one eye, never came back with treatments. The was a man's i guess you could say, cause he only let the previous owners dad mess around with him. But as soon as my dad walked up to him, he was dad's buddy, lol. We all started going around him as soon as he was brought here. He never gave us any problems walking up to him. He always stood there just as calm as could be. When the previous owners came by to check on him, she couldn't believe what she saw. Mom was standing there talking to him and petting him and he was trying to lay his head on her chest. He just about knocked her down trying to do that, but he wasn't being mean about it. The previous owner's told dad, that she had never seen him act so calm around a female human, that the would only have something to do with her dad. My dad told her that the even plays with him. Dad will get the horses head in a light strangle hold, and the will lift dad up off the ground a little ways getting loose, then he would winnie and run around. Dad will go walking toward him and the will "one eye" dad and look like he is smiling at him and winnie and run a few steps away again. lol. If dad just stops and tuns his back to the , it will walk up and put his nose under dad's arm ( kinda like a does when he wants petted ). I call him a co-op , because even though he actually belongs to my parents, we help with him as much as we can. They feed and water him and tie him out to fresh green grass, but we help keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn't get tangled up and hurt. Like this afternoon, the hubby got me up so i could be waking up to go to work, and he noticed that the looke like it was tangled up in some tree's. I walked out there in my jammies and saw that, yes, indeed he was. I couldn't untangle him myself, i needed help. lol. So the hubby and i were outside in the heat of the day for half an hour it seemed, getting the poor thing untangled. He had gotten tangled up in some vines that i had to use a machete to cut him loose so he could move. He is a really good and loves his attention. I am so glad my brother got him for my parents. He gives my dad a reason to get out of the house most days. He is a lot of fun to just sit back and watch.

I was checking out cams today, and ran across one i thought would be interesting. I got it to open up finally and here is this matchstick with mosquito bites for tits, talking to everyone that was watching their cam. She was talking about how if they were to meet any other couples, they would have to be as pretty as they are, as sexy as they are, etc..... She also mentioned that they never show their faces on cam. Well excuse the hell out of me, but how the hell do we know you are pretty? You won't show me your face. And besides that, just cause someone has a little extra padding, doesn't mean that they aren't pretty or sexy. They actually made me want to vomit after i got over the fact that i was mad. Someone asked if her tits were real, and i almost sent them a message saying that they had to be real because fake tits are much bigger than the mosquito bites she has. lol. But, believe it or not, i kept my calm and my mouth shut, and turned them off. But not before i saw her old man pumping it to her from behind for only a minute and he was spent. That made me laugh my ass off thinking " hope whoever you all meet up with is as pretty and sexy and fast as you, cause if they aren't, you are all up the shit stream without a paddle" lol.

Ok, is it just me or what? What is the freaking purpose of broadcasting a webcam without sound??
To me that is like watching a movie, without sound, or in a foreign language, I HAVE NO FUCKING IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON!! Are you faking it or does it feel good? If i am going to give you my time by watching your webcam, i want to hear all the slaps, slurps, squishes, screams, moans, etc..... And if you want me to rate you, well, give me a good show or at the very least, give me something to rate you with. Another thing i really hate, is the one's that do have their sound on, DON'T CALL MY NAME OUT. That will not only cause me to turn you off, but you won't even get a second glance at a rating from me. I absolutely hate what i call "beggers" for ratings. If you do something worth rating, i will give you a fair rating. And one more thing, turn your freaking music down. I don't click on your webcam to listen to music. If i want to hear music, i will turn my radio on or my windows media player on my own. You might be listening to music that may make me vomit.

I know this post is probably going to get me a bunch of hate posts, but i don't care. Just remember, this is my blog and my opinions. If you don't like it, you can voice your opinions, just remember, i do have the option of deleting your post if i don't like the way you say it.

A Beautiful Day

Today is turning out to be a beautiful day already. Even tho it is getting hotter and more humid, it is still a pretty day out. I got up this morning and sat on the porch in my jammies and drank a couple cups of coffee with my husband and our baby boy chewy. We watched my mom wash her truck and my dad get his chief out of his pen and tie him up to some nice green grass. It was so peaceful and quiet. No music blaring, no yelling, no lawnmowers putting around, and very few cars going down the highway. We could just sit back and relax and have a nice conversation about whatever floated our boats. We talked about home improvements we would like to make, like building a retractable awning over the front porch to keep the sun off of us, building a couple of big wooden chairs and a table to sit in on the front porch, building a new front and back porch, and what we would do if/when we ever hit the lottery, lol.

Winning the lottery, was a very long discussion, lol. We decided that we would buy our own land, build us a house that we both liked, not anything fancy or too big, just big enough to have plenty of room to move around in, plus, we said we would get my mom and dad an RV, and let them take a long vacation and go wherever they want to go. Dad has said many times that there was a lot of stuff out there that he would like to show mom, that he saw in his many years of driving a truck. He would be able to do that without having a deadline and could more enjoy what he was doing. We couldn't think of anything to do for my husbands parents, other than sending them on a cruise, which they have done been on once that we know of, but i am sure we would figure something out. As for the brothers and sisters of ours, well, i am sure we would do something for them, just don't know what, but, we do know that it wouldn't be a whole lot of anything. I guess basically, we see it as, our parents have helped us out more than anything and want to help take care of them, and even tho our brothers and sisters have also helped us out a time or two, they are still able to get out there and work and take care of their own families and lives. Winning the lottery would not only help us to help ourselves and family, it would also be helping out a few charities also. It has always been a personal rule of ours that we would give a portion of the winnings to charity. There are 2 on the top of my list of charities to give to for personal reasons. One of them is the Shriners, for offering to help my parents and me out when i was a and in the hospital, facing a skin graft operation, that thankfully, i didn't have to have. Another charity is the St. Judes. We have a niece, that when she was 3 years old, had a brain tumor that, thru St. Judes research, helped pull her out of it. And we are proud to say that so far, she is still cancer free. I don't know if my husband has any other charities in mind for himself, but those are my top 2.

Dreams are a big part of living, and the way i see it, i'm trying to live a big life.

I would like to take this time to wish everyone a Happy 4th of July. Special thanks to all the men and women who fought before and are fighting now, for our freedom. You are all special people to go thru and put up with what all you had to. You gave up many of your own freedoms, to protect ours here at home. A BIG hug and thank you from the bottom of my heart to you. We have a nephew that is currently in the Army, and we are very proud of him. Just by talking with him on the phone now and then, we can hear how lonely and homesick he really is, even tho he don't come right out and say it. And we know that the soldiers that are away from home in strange lands, feel the same way, if not more so.
Again, Thank You very much, and Happy 4th of July to all!!

Going back and forth to work, is going to be a bit easier now. We went car shopping in my mother and father-in-law's front yard, lol. My mother-in-law decided she wanted a newer car, and instead of trading her older one in on the new one, they decided to sell it to us. Good thing too, cause my explorer, is on it's last legs i think, lol. The new car is a Grand Marqui. It's a lot bigger of a car than i am used to driving, and i have only drove it once so far, but it drives and rides so smooth. I am so glad they sold it to us. Even tho it's a big car, it still get's around 30 miles to the gallon on the highway, and around 22 miles per gallon city driving. That is a hell of a lot better than what i was getting with my explorer. For right now, we still have the explorer, but we are thinking we need to sell it. I would like to keep the explorer, so i would have a way to work in the winter time, plus the hubby could get away from the house on bad stormy days if i am at work, come get me if something happens and i can't drive myself from work, or just plain get out of the house for a while. But at the same time, we really can't afford gas for 2 vehicles plus insurance on 2 vehicles. And the small things that are wrong with the explorer, can be fixed a little at a time while it is sitting here at the house.

After being laid off from work for the month of May, I returned for 2 weeks, only to be laid off for another 2 weeks. This really sucks ass!! I was just starting to get things lined out money wise just to be laid off more. This really pisses me off. They were only going to shut down for the week of the 4th of July, then all of a sudden, they added another week of shutdown to 8 of the machine operators. I didn't want to take the extra layoff, but neither did anyone else. So the foreman put all the names of the workers in a hat and drew them, and lucky me, i was one of the first ones he drew. I admit that i like having the extra time off, but i really can't afford it. I am thinking about going and seeing if i can get a job with a home health service, at least for the 2 weeks i am off at the factory, then maybe, i can continue to work a couple hours a day before i go to work at the factory. It would be rough, but i think i could possibly handle it. It would mean tho, that i wouldn't spend as much time at home with my husband or be able to get on the puter much. But i guess that's the price we all have to pay to live anymore with gas prices and everything going up.

Summer's commin'

With summer rolling in, i find it harder and harder to make myself go to work. It is very hot where i work. I work in a metal building with about 50 molding machines that run anywhere from 150 degrees and up. They do have air conditioners running, but with all those machines running in a metal building, you really can't tell it. They also have fans mounted along the walls to try to help circulate the air, but over half of them are burned up due to no one getting up there and oiling them or blowing them out and off. If you are lucky enough to get to work on a machine that actually has an air duct blowing on you, then you don't want to move, and you usually have plenty of company off and on. The only thing wrong with that, is that we are not allowed to talk to one another. If we are seen "talking" to someone, whether it's about problems with a machine or part, they think that we should have time to run another machine. It don't matter how many machines you have running already, or if you are having a hard time keeping up with them, or if you are having problems with any of the machines or parts, they just pile another one on you. I really think that if someone died while working there, they wouldn't bother calling a coroner to come pick them up, they would just prop them up and tie ropes to their hands to make them move and make them keep working. I think they are a bunch of assholes and idiots, and i have told them so on many occasions. I believe that if/when i stop working there, i won't miss the place, but i will miss some of the people i worked with. Oh, and another rule they came up with just this year is, if the plant does not shut down, and you miss work, it is held against you, period. I think that is just utter BULLSHIT!! A person can't help that it has flooded their road and they can't get thru to get to work, or if it snowed or sleeted more outside of town than it did in town. They are coming up with more and more reason's to fire a person, than to keep the good help that they already have. It would cost them more to hire someone off the street and train them properly, than to just work with the one's they already have employed there. Oh well, guess that's why i am just a lowlife employee and not a highly paid, nose stuck up the boss's ass, office employee. I couldn't be that mean to people like they are. Specially the one's i know have little at home that they are trying to feed and clothe.

What Should I Do?????

With the rising cost of gas, i am being forced to consider changing jobs. The job i have now, i have health insurance and make a little over $10.00 an hour, but i have to drive so far everyday to get to work and home, and i have to work from 3pm to 11pm, and right now they are so slow on their business, that they have had to lay several people off for the time being. I have almost 10 years of service in with this company, and get 2 weeks of vacation time per year until my 10th year then it goes up to 3 weeks. If i get a job closer to home, it could possibly be a morning job, but not have any health insurance, vacation time, or make the same amount of money i make at the factory. Even tho i would save some money on gas, would it really be worth the fact that i wouldn't have any insurance for when i have to go to the doctor or hospital and then get medications?? I am really confused about what to do. Also coming into play is the fact that jobs are getting harder and harder to find now days. I could possibly get a job at a home health place, but would have to pay for my own gas to and from there, but i could more than likely work my own hours, as many hours a day as i like. I am no stranger to working in the medical field, as i used to be a Certified Nurses Aid. I used to love that job, but it got to be too much for me because i didn't treat all my patients as cold as some did. I always tried to treat each one as tho they were a member of my own family, which in my opinion, is how every one of them should have been treated. It don't always work out that way tho, and most people get treated poorly. I have been pondering what to do about the whole situation, and am no closer to an answer. We own our trailer, but don't have the thousand or so dollars it would take to move it closer to my job, and paying rent in the city, well, that is another cost i really can't afford. Yes, i would save money on gas, and keep my insurance, but, would i save enough no gas to pay rent? I really don't have an answer to that, and it really is driving me crazy. Anyone with some suggestions??

I hate Mondays. They take forever to get over with, specially if you are having a bad one. It seems like nothing ever goes right for me. Machines break down on me at work, they overload me with machines and work at work, everyone is always in a bad mood, specially the foreman. If you try to cheer him up a little bit, he seems to get even grumpier. Sometimes i just want to yell at him to jump back and take a few deep breaths and calm down. One of these days, that poor man is gonna stroke out or have a coronary on us over the smallest things. And i wish he would stop letting the foreman on first shift tell him what to do with his shift. She don't freaking make her shift do half the shit that she tells ours to do. If she would just take care of her own shit, we could ALL do our jobs better. Ok, i think i am done bitching now, lol. Have A Nice Day Everyone.

Ok, i'm having one of those days where i don't feel bad, but i don't feel good either. I don't feel like getting dressed and going outside, where it is warm, sunny, breezy and just plain old nice. I really should tho, it is too pretty of a day not to. Guess i am just in a blah mood. Can't afford the gas to go anywhere and do anything, and not sure i want to be around other people anyways if i could afford it. Oh well, maybe i should just go back to bed and try again later, lol.

I Feel So Missed

After being home for a month, then returning back to work, when i come home, i feel like i have really been missed. I am greeted at the door every night by our baby, chewy. Yes, he is a dog, but don't you dare tell him that. He thinks he is our . lol. He meets me on the back of the couch as i enter the door, and starts jumping up and down, as if to say, " mommy's home, mommy's home". He can hardly wait till i put down whatever i happen to be carrying in from the truck, so he can give me kisses and hugs. It truely makes a person happy to know how much they are missed when they are not at home. I know my husband misses me when i am gone, he tells me every night. Chewy can't. But he shows me every time i come thru the door. When i was home for the month, if i sat down on the couch, he was right there either beside me, or on me. I am so glad that we have him. He makes us laugh like crazy when he does his little dances when we give him a milkbone, or if he gets tough with his little stuffed dog. He seems to have a fetish tho, with the little white tags that come on the plush animals. He picks them up by them. He slings them by them. And if you aren't paying any attention to him, he will actually throw the silly things up in your lap and stand there and look at you like " hey, ya wanna throw that damned thing for me or what? " lol. Then when you do throw it, he chases it like it's really a challange for him to catch it. lol. I don't know what we will do, when the time comes for him to leave us. He is a big part of our lives, and we love him dearly.

Well, I am officially back to work after being on a "voluntary temporary layoff". I went in today feeling mixed about being there. Part of me was happy to be there, and then part of me was sad. I was enjoying being around the house with the hubby and dog, but at the same time, i was missing the weekly paychecks. Even tho i was drawing my unemployment, those checks didn't even come close to what i normally make in a weeks time at work. Yes i was saving money by not having to drive about 350 miles a week to work, but now that i am back to work, the unemployment check is gone into the gas tank. I did however, get a chuckle out of the notice board at work. They posted some papers for people to sign up to share rides to work to save money on gas. Yes, this is a great idea, unless you are me, lol. I am the only one on my shift, that lives in my area, so there is no help in the ride share for me. There are a couple of people that live in my area that work first shift and at least one that i know of that works third shift. So now you must be thinking " why not just change shifts ". Well, since we are so slow at the factory right now, they are not hiring or letting anyone change shifts, plus the fact that i absolutely can't stand the foreman on first and third shifts. Guess i am just stuck where i am, lol.
